Okay, the template is written in notepad. Why? Well, word documents can get tweaked when you post them in your Examiner publication tool. I don't know if I should admit this, but I usually type it up in word (so I can spell check), copy and paste into notepad, then copy and paste into the publication tool.
Here is the template:

If you copy out of this message, please be sure to paste it into Notepad to work on. Copying directly out of this message and into the Pub Tool will likely create coding problems the same way Word does. Thanks! Michelle

Oh, and also remember to delete anything that is in parentheses - those are just formatting notes!
